Only what you give us so we can help: your name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, the legal area you select, and the description of your situation. We do not require sensitive documents to make a match.
Why we collect it
- To understand your matter and match you with a suitable licensed lawyer.
- To contact you about your request.
- To improve our service in aggregate.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared only with the independent lawyer or firm best suited to your matter, so they can assist you, and only with your consent (which you give when you submit a request). We do not sell your data or post your question publicly.
How long we keep it
We keep your request only as long as needed to help you and for reasonable record-keeping, after which it is deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing akramtounsi@hotmail.com. You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time.
Data handling
We aim to handle your data in line with applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. We take reasonable measures to keep it secure.
